We are currently offering two different courses for those employed in the performing arts, whether you are working on stage, back stage or off stage. Both courses come together towards the end of the second day alongside additional participants to network, share learning and pledge actions.

Course 1: Introduction to equality and diversity in the performing arts sector

Equal representation in the workforce is essential to changing the way our sector programmes for and engages the communities it serves. This two-day, practical workshop explores the challenges and opportunities in your organisation on route to diversifying your people.  You will gain new ideas for you and your teams to implement change now to move equality and diversity further up the agenda.

Course 2:   Introduction to the Inclusive Rehearsal Room

The Creative Case calls for a rehearsal room that includes everyone. This two-day artistic development workshop helps you to make it happen. Understand ways to adapt and grow your practice so that you can develop a confident approach to everybody in the room. Be part of a movement that widens opportunities and stretches creativity for all.
